We typically build an IM version in dynamic linkmode, and then use the IM installer to get all the necessary dlls in the right place. When I downloaded the latest, I noticed there was not an Q8 x86 windows version linked on the binary releases page: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/binary-releases....
